MAIN CONTENT OF THE BRIEF
Overview:
Reveal Ltd – based in Leeds, a manufacturer of aluminium and alu-clad windows, doors and specialist glazing structures since 2013.
Our requirement is to implement a new CRM system to replace the existing CRM which is not suitable to move forward with.
The new CRM System will optimise operations, improve decision making and enhance customer experience. The audience for this project includes our internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
Methodology: Suppliers are expected to propose a methodology that includes:
- Detailed analysis of CRM pathway
- Considerations in data collection/mapping the operations
- Data sources and information sharing details
Outputs/Deliverables: Expected outputs include:
- CRM development, installation and configuration
- Training sessions for employees
- Migration of existing data into new system
- Mid-term and final reports
Contract Management:
The project will begin early 2024 and conclude by Summer 2024. Payments will be linked to significant milestones and specified in the payment schedule. The contract manager will be S. Womersley
Award Criteria: Proposals will be assessed based on the evaluation criteria in the tender comparison matrix which is available on request
Bids will be assessed using a value-based evaluation methodology, which considers a combination of cost, technical compliance, experience, skills, resources and qualifications
Due diligence checks will be completed before awarding a contract including taking up references and undertaking financial stability checks
